Special Topic: "3x5 card workshop" on Managing Growth
We are doing a short 15 minute 3x5 card workshop on growth. Depending upon where your startup is in it's evolution we will ask you to consider one of the four following questions:
1. Just Getting Started: What are your goals for the business ? What are one or two critical numbers you will use to measure success?
2. Picking a Niche: What are some specific criteria that determine who you will serve and who you will exclude?
3. Scaling Up From a Niche, People Focus: What are key tasks or roles that the founders need to delegate?
4. Scaling Up From a Niche, Systems Focus: What process and procedures do you need in place to prepare to manage at double your current scale?
You will have a chance to hear other attendees answers, compare notes, and get feedback and perspectives on your answers.
Here is the handout we will provide to help frame the conversation https://bootstrappersbreakfast.com/2019/07/29/managing-growth-exercise-at-september-2019-bootstrapper-breakfasts/
At a Bootstrappers Breakfast(R) we have serious conversations about growing a business based on internal cashflow and organic profit: this is for founders who are actively bootstrapping a startup. We meet in the back room at several Silicon Valley restaurants so space is limited - Please RSVP. Join us upstairs for a little caffeine and sharing among the startup community.
Join other entrepreneurs who eat problems for breakfast.
