Join Arlie Mischeaux and Birthe Kaarsholm for an exploration of Breema: the Art of Being Present.
The aim of Breema is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that becomes our foundation for a new dimension of health, consciousness, and self-understanding. Breema's Principles are universal, and support us to bring our body and mind together in our daily activities to experience life more harmoniously moment by moment. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema movements can be practiced as a playful and nurturing activity with friends and family, and can also be used in a professional setting.
To learn more about Breema beforehand, join us on Friday night for a complimentary introduction evening, from 6-8pm.
