Join us for an Introduction to Breema with Jon Schreiber, Alexis Mulhauser, and Alexandra Johnson.
Breema is based on a profound understanding of the principles that govern the entire universe and everything in it.
In this workshop, we will learn simple Breema bodywork treatments and Self-Breema exercises that introduce us to an entirely new and different way of moving and relating, and provide access to new dimensions of physical, mental, and emotional health and balance. We will be sitting and practicing on a padded floor, and pairing up with each other to practice the bodywork we learn the bodywork.
Participants can receive a complimentary Breema bodywork mini-session starting at 1:15 pm.
No prior experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and clean socks, and be fragrance free.
2 hours CE available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs $10 fee for processing.
Also this weekend: Workshop with Jon Schreiber in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 21.
