Info:
A Funny Thing Happened brings you a night of world class storytelling. You'll be joining bestselling authors, Emmy-Award winning writers, TED speakers, stars of The Moth Radio hour, Snap Judgment and accomplished comedic voices in an intimate setting right in the heart of San Francisco.
Share Your Story: Each night storyteller hopefuls have the opportunity to join our all star lineup. Volunteer names are drawn from a hat and one lucky person will get to tell their story.
The show features six, (plus possibly yours) true, short stories, told live without notes in a beer basement that feels like your living room. Funny, poignant, intimate (easy now, not like that), and engaging it's a great way to spend your Wednesday.
We always have an intermission so there is plenty time to chat, meet new people and grab a drink.
Come sign up to tell a story, or just enjoy the show!
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ages 21 and up.
