Please join members of the San Francisco Rose Society on Sunday, February 9 at 1 pm in the Recreation Room at the Hall of Flowers for a free pruning demo/workshop. You will be guided through every step of preparing your rose for a healthy spring bloom cycle. Our instructor, Master Rosarian, Rose Gilardi, will take the mystery out of how best to approach a rose when deciding to prune. She will provide a variety of examples of different rose types, from bush roses and hybrid teas to climbing roses. Handouts will be provided and our acclaimed publication, "Growing Roses in the San Francisco Bay Area - and Other Maritime Influenced Climates" will be available for purchase. Please visit our website or contact us at sfrosesociety@gmail.com if you have any questions.
