Sparcx! is Arc Studios & Gallery's 10-year anniversary exhibition hosted by Arc partners Priscilla Otani, Stephen C. Wagner and Michael Yochum. With a nod to Sparc! Arc's first exhibition in 2010, Sparcx features works by nearly all current and past studio artists. Participating artists include current Arc artists Joshua Coffy, Nathalie Fabri, Scott Fin, Aynur Girgin Westen, Dianne Hoffman, J.L. King, Rachel Leibman, Bonnie Levinson, Dan Louth, Priscilla Otani, Barbara Pollak-Lewis, Debra Reabock, Debra Cook Shapiro, Denise Tarantino, and Stephen C. Wagner and prior Arc artists Amy Ahlstrom, Jack Androvich, Kirk Brooks, Su Evers, Matthew Frederick, Kathy Fujii-Oka, April Hankins, Gina Jacupke, Soad Kader, Mike Kimball, Saundra McPherson, Sasha Merritt, Leslie Morgan, Xavier Phelps, Rachel Sager, William Salit, Tracy Starr, Samanta Tello, Tanya Wilkinson, and Hilary Williams. With the landlord's enthusiastic support, the Arc partners look forward to nurturing its artist community in the years ahead.
Arc Studios & Gallery is dedicated to showcasing and promoting emerging and established local artists whose work embodies both skill and risk-taking. Juried and curated group exhibitions are Arc's primary means of showcasing and discovering artists and to promote high standards of art by continuously exploring new ideas through the visual media in a schedule of national exhibitions.
