Special Topic: "3x5 card workshop" on How To Increase Sales
Are you looking for ways to increase sales with your existing customers?
Patricia Watkins will be joining the Bootstrapper's Breakfast to brief attendees on a powerful way to expand your sales with your current customers. During the breakfast, she'll discuss creating a white space (gap) analysis to determine what other solutions you might upsell and cross-sell to your customers, in the existing departments you work with, as well as in other departments, and locations, nationally and globally. This hands-on session, using our 3x5 card exercise model, will enable you to craft a plan to expand your business. After a discussion of the insights the exercise generated, we will continue with our regular roundtable conversation.
Patricia Watkins is the Managing Partner of M.O.R.E. SALES Advisors, an advisory group that works with companies who want to accelerate their sales results. She has extensive experience as an SVP and VP of Sales, regionally, nationally, and globally at both startups in Silicon Valley and at Fortune 500 companies, including HP, Teradata, AT&T, and NCR. Watkins earned her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Santa Clara University.
At a Bootstrappers Breakfast(R) we have serious conversations about growing a business based on internal cashflow and organic profit: this is for founders who are actively bootstrapping a startup. We meet in the back room at several Silicon Valley restaurants so space is limited - Please RSVP. Join us upstairs for a little caffeine and sharing among the startup community.
Join other entrepreneurs who eat problems for breakfast.
