ATTN: San Francisco freelancers, independent contractors, and artists! The City of San Francisco is committed to helping you grow your business.
The San Francisco Freelancer Program is a collaboration between the City and County of San Francisco's Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative, and L.C. & Lillie Cox Haven of Hope to support self-employed individuals to maximize their economic potential and strengthen their connection to others in the business community.
Eligible San Francisco entrepreneurs will receive free enrollment to Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative's Freelancer Course. This course guides individuals through a hands-on process of defining their service offering, developing client relationships, and establishing the foundation to thrive as a self-employed person. Next course runs from mid February-late March.
Schedule of Classes: Tuesdays, 1-4pm - Feb 16, Feb 23, Mar 2, Mar 9, Mar 16 & Mar 23 or Thursdays, 1-4pm - Feb 18, Feb 25, Mar 4, Mar 11, Mar 18 & Mar 25
