Thursay, Jan 28 7:30pm, and Saturday, Jan 30 7pm, Pacific time
The Bay Area lockdown is taking its toll on group performances. But following regulations we are able to livestream this concert from St Ignatius on January 28, and repeat it with the addition of a zoom chat on January 30. We'd hoped it would be possible to assemble eight musicians, but circumstances shrank us down to four - Jonathan Salzedo, Marion Rubinstein, Laura Rubinstein-Salzedo and Roy Whelden.
Two Bach pieces - the violin/harpsichord sonata in E, always a favorite, and part of the d minor Harpsichord Concerto, my creative arrangement for the group, as Bach might have done under similar circumstances. Plus some Telemann and Rameau.
Can't make the date? Wrong time zone? Or missed the last concert? No problem, the recorded livestreams will be accessible for a while, so you can choose a time that works for you.
