Chris Deuillet is a Senior Vice President with the Dallas Multifamily team. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Deuillet has been involved in more than $1.2 billion of multifamily investment transactions. He works in partnership with Daniel Baker, Jeremy Faltys, Chandler Sims and William Hubbard to lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including private client, tax credit, loan assumptions and traditional multifamily deal structures.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Deuillet worked for IBM in marketing and sales focused on expanding IBM's platform at Fortune 500 companies. He served as Director at a brokerage firm where he transacted multifamily, self-storage and retail sales. Mr. Deuillet's specialties include marketing, valuation, transaction execution, marketing sales negotiation and escrow management.
