Info:
The Tri Valley Artist Studio Tour is excited for a new feature this year: Select Venues Sneak Peak Friday. Nine home studios with 14 artists will be opening their creative spaces to the public on Friday May 3, from 5-8PM. These venues will feature art demonstrations, giveaways, and an intimate setting for art lovers who want to see how an artist functions in their personal creative environments. The public will be able to talk one on one with the artists at these venues and truly learn just how important an art studio is, the perfect way to start the TVAST weekend of the 4th and 5th. They will also serve refreshments. These home studios will also be open during the weekend as well. Visit TVASTart.com for more info.
There will be private home studios open in Danville, Pleasanton and Livermore for Select Venues Sneak Peak Friday. Each of these venues will feature a drawing that may be entered by anyone who visits these venues for a chance to win artwork free of charge! There will also be a Grand Prize giveaway that the public can enter for visiting any of these sites. The Grand Prize will be a 24 x 30" original acrylic pour painting by award winning artist and TVAST Director Linda Ryan. Don't miss out on an opportunity to engage with your local artists and perhaps win a beautiful original painting for free!
Visit TVASTart.com for more info and to check out the online gallery so that you may plan your weekend ahead of time based on which artists you'd like to visit!
