IN A LANDSCAPE: Classical Music in the Wild(TM) is an outdoor concert series where America's most stunning landscapes replace the traditional concert hall. Guests explore the surrounding environment while listening to the music through wireless headphones, creating an immersive experience that fosters a connection with the music, nature, and one another.
Join us at the Washington Park Rose Garden Amphitheater in Portland, Oregon in this mini-series of hometown concerts on July 13 & 14. Wander through the fragrant International Rose Test Garden, which contains 610 varieties and 10,000 rose bushes, or sit on the grass of the terraced amphitheater in the shade of giant Douglas Fir trees. Concert check-in opens at 5:00 pm, and the performance begins at 6:00 pm.
This concert celebrates the 50th Anniversary of our sponsors, 1000 Friends of Oregon who work to enhance Oregonians' quality of life by building livable urban and rural communities, protecting family farms and forests, and conserving natural areas.
