Taste of Montclair Village (formerly Montclair Village Restaurant Walk) will feature local restaurants and businesses offering samples of delicious bites and libations - including craft beer and artisan wines - to ticketed patrons from 4pm-8pm on Tuesday, April 8, in the Montclair Village district of Oakland. Proceeds of the event will support the Montclair Village Association, a nonprofit and business improvement district serving the community for over 75 years.
Attendees will receive a Passport of over 20 participating businesses offering delicious food from Montclair chefs and beverage samples from local craft producers. New this year, visitors can experience family-friendly entertainment by Jazz Education Ensemble while enjoying their tastings at communal, table-style seating sponsored by F&M Bank offered between 4pm-8pm as part of a new Picnic on the Plaza monthly series. [Other Picnic in the Plaza dates include April 26 (12pm-4pm) and May 4 (12pm-4pm).]
Strolling patrons will also discover merchant-hosted activities such as discount promotions, giveaways, and an opportunity to meet the business owners and staff. In addition to connecting with neighborhood residents and businesses, local leaders and representatives of the Montclair Village Association will be onsite to greet attendees.

Adult Passport~ $50 ($53.24 w/ processing fee) Under 15 Passport ~ $20 ($22.07 w/ processing fee) Package of 4 Adult Passports ~ $200 (processing fees waived, savings of $12.96) Taste of Montclair Village patrons who become new supporters of the Montclair Cares Club will receive a $20 discount. The combined total will be $150 ($157.14 w/ processing fees).
