Please join us on Saturday, May 10 for Gala for the Gardens, a benefit for the Gardens of Golden Gate Park celebrating nature, community, and the wonders of our planet.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of the San Francisco Botanical Garden's Celebration Garden, the Gala is an occasion to bring together friends old and new. Get ready to don your garden finery, toast with a signature floral cocktail, and peruse rare and exotic plants during the silent auction reception. Then sit down for an alfresco lunch and live auction in the company of fellow garden enthusiasts.
We are thrilled to have as our keynote speaker Ferris Jabr (Becoming Earth: How Our Planet Came to Life), an award-winning science writer whose work has appeared in prestigious publications such as The New York Times Magazine, Scientific American, and The New Yorker. Known for his engaging and insightful storytelling, Jabr explores complex topics in biology, ecology, and the intersection of science and humanity.
Gala for the Gardens is the Gardens' only fundraising event of the year. Sponsorships offer an excellent opportunity to gather friends, colleagues, or clients for an unforgettable day. Sponsors are recognized in our program and event materials. Make your reservation by March 3 for inclusion in the event invitation!
