A restorative evening practice to close the week (and year!) with calm.
Take time to slow down, soften, and reconnect. In this restorative series, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Anne Barbaret (CIYT, Level 2) returns to the Hub to guide you through gentle, supported poses designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and invite deep rest.
Restorative yoga is less about stretching or effort and more about creating the conditions for relaxation and healing. With the help of provided props, Anne will guide you into positions that calm the nervous system, restore energy, and invite stillness.
Each session also weaves in meditation and breath awareness, balancing moments of gentle guidance with the nourishing gift of silence.
This class is open to all levels, including complete beginners. No prior yoga experience is required-just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an openness to slow down.
