Representing three generations of standard-setting guitarists and decades of award-winning international performances, The Romeros continue to deliver performances that are exciting, innovative, and deeply satisfying to guitar aficionados and music lovers of every kind. Celebrating its 65th year, the Romeros Quartet features the world's most accomplished and acclaimed guitarists. "The Romero Guitar Quartet embodies a sense of history and the importance of lineage" (SF Classical Voice).
To some fortunate musicians, it is given to rise to the peak of a musical art form to some very few musicians, it is given to originate an art form. The Romeros have achieved both. The illustrious career of The Romeros is unmistakably a milestone of twentieth-century music.
