Find stillness and renewal as the season turns with our grounding spring sound bath series.
Join us for Springtime Resonance, a community sound bath designed to support rest, reflection, and gentle reawakening during the transition into spring. Through deep listening and soothing sonic vibrations, from crystal and Himalayan bowls to strings and chimes, the Hub's own Callista Shepherd will guide you on a calming sound journey that supports mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual balance.
Simply sit comfortably or lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
Expect to leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and open, carrying a sense of clarity and ease with you as the days grow brighter and new energy unfolds.
Important details: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. No latecomers once the session begins. Wear loose, comfortable clothes- and comfy socks for added warmth.
Eat a satisfying but light meal beforehand and bring a water bottle. Refill station onsite. Single-use eye masks will be available or bring your own to deepen your relaxation. All phones will be turned off during the session.
You may choose to sit or lie down- mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided, or bring your favorite snuggy along!
Please Note: An informed consent waiver is required to participate. If you have any health concerns, please connect with Callista ahead of time.
Come experience the calming power of sound, shared in community.
