  8th Annual HDSA San Jose Team Hope 5K Timed Run & 5K Walk

The HDSA 2026 Team Hope Walk & Timed 5k Run San Jose will take place Saturday, May 16th, 2026 at Campbell Park in Campbell CA.

The event starts at 9 am and there will be face painting, raffle items, silent auction items, food and a short program when participants have returned. Participating in the Walk or the Run is free to all participants and all ages. Check In starts at 9:00am, and the Event begins at 9:30 - the participants will run/walk on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. Team Hope is the nation’s largest grassroots fundraising program for Huntington’s disease (HD), and since 2007 it has raised over $28.4 million while bringing tens of thousands of families, friends, neighbors, and community partners together in hope, solidarity, and action.

Huntington’s disease is a fatal, hereditary neurodegenerative disorder that slowly diminishes a person’s ability to think, move, and function—often during their prime working years, with Juvenile HD (JHD) appearing in children and teens. While there is currently no cure, your sponsorship helps drive progress and delivers support where it matters most.
