LYRIC THEATRE, in our 56th year of high quality live musical theater productions, offers a unique production for your enjoyment.
An original topsy-turvy G&S show based on last summer's hit
Three theater companies compete in a Gilbert & Sullivan Festival, but there's a problem: the judge thought this was an opera competition, and she doesn't like Gilbert & Sullivan! The companies band together to show that their performances are worthwhile, no matter whether they are G&S purists, topsy-turvy non-traditionalists, or the unlucky group that disaster befalls every time. Then the judge decides to try to prove that G&S singers are inferior ... !
Come help us celebrate the works of Gilbert & Sullivan and the joy of community theater - of any type - with both love and humor, entertaining those new to G&S and those who know every song by heart!
