  The First Sunset Mid-Autumn Dance Festival

Join San Francisco Youth Ballet and Sunset Choreographers for the inaugural Sunset Mid-Autumn Dance Festival, a one-time performance celebrating the emerging dance community of San Francisco's west side.

This 70-minute, family-friendly program brings together emerging Sunset-based choreographers, professional Bay Area dance artists, and talented young dancers from San Francisco Youth Ballet Academy for an afternoon of classical and contemporary dance.

The program features original works by Ria Fifield, Tai Lum, Eli Shi, and Sophia West, exploring themes including family, ritual, devotion, cultural tradition, change, and the stories passed between generations.

Presented by San Francisco Youth Ballet and Sunset Choreographers.
