Graceful ballet technique and energetic African dance intermingle in this exciting tale of survival in the African jungle. The Leopard Tale’s lively African drumming and original music underscore the dance diversity and artistic range of Ballethnic Dance Company. The ballet, choreographed by Waverly Lucas, Ballethnic Dance Company’s co-founder, continues to be a popular family classic. The Leopard Tale performances are scheduled for the following dates: Thursday, March 18, 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 19 8 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 21, 2 p.m. Tickets are $22 for senior citizens, students, children and groups of 10 or more and $29 for general admission. VIP tickets are $52 and include reserved seating at the performance on Friday, March 19 and admittance to the post performance reception that same evening.
