This workshop puts the issues on the table so that you are informed as you move forward and armed with the information you need to start building a successful business strategy. Some frequently asked questions such as “how do I register my business name?” or “do I need a business license?” will be addressed, but more importantly you will get an overview of what new questions you need to be asking and how to start formulating the answers to those questions into a functional business plan. Topics discussed include sources of assistance, market research, business partners, taxes and record keeping, the truth about small business financing, and more.
