Learn to analyze and anticipate the other side’s needs and to present a compelling case for your proposal. When negotiating in a difficult or high-risk situation, learn the skills you need to be creative, assertive and convincing. The workshop will be conducted by Judge Patricia Medina Talbert, JSC of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Judge Talbert is an expert in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
