The 2005 festival will have a focus on Oman (a country on the eastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula), forestry, Latino music and American food culture. Chef Alice Waters will re-create her "edible schoolyard" to showcase the locally-grown food movement, and renowned chefs, including Mario Batali and Roberto Donna, will do cooking demos. Tracey E.
