The objective of the workshop is to provide knowledge to the participants in the area of linking wage compensation, reward systems and benefits to performance, for building high performing organization, through presentations from highly experienced and learned speakers and to give them an opportunity to seek their guidance and share experiences to enable them to adopt similar system in their companies. The workshop will also provide knowledge to restructure their existing wage compensation to bring in line with the current concerns of cost reduction, quality improvement, value addition and overall improvement of performance. The workshop is designed for senior / middle level functionaries, especially from Management Services, HR & IR, Finance departments and other Functional areas and representatives of recognized trade unions/bargaining agents from the industry etc.
