Learn about the programs and services the SBA has to offer. The seminar will provide a brief overview of the program plus an actual on-site loan application session for small businesses to obtain smaller commercial loans. With the backing of the SBA in the form of a guaranty, the Community Express program provides smaller commercial loans of $5,000 to $25,000 to persons interested in starting a new business or expanding an existing small business. The seminar will include an intake session where small business loan applications may be completed on site. Eligible applicants include small businesses owned or to be started by women, veterans, minorities, or persons in rural/distressed economic areas. Bring: Copy front and back of drivers license, Federal Tax ID # (Corps/LLCs,) Social Security #(sole-props),must have business checking acct - bring a check. Features: One-page application.
