As Practice Principle within HP, he's responsible for IT Service Management practices in Asia, USA and Latin America.
Mr. Ben Rewis will discuss implementation of ITIL at VISA. He is a Vice President with VISA USA. Ben leads ITIL process sponsorship, assuring use of best practices and integration.
