LATINA Style Magazine is proud to host the third annual Best Practices in Diversity Conference & Awards Ceremony in honor of the 50 Best Companies of 2005. The event will host a welcoming breakfast and discussion workshop throughout the morning, and an awards luncheon to recognize the 50 best companies. The workshops will address companies' concerns and profile some of the most successful programs within the LATINA Style 50 companies. Discussion topics include: 1) The Best and the Brightest: a strategic approach to mapping your career path to the top 2) How the LATINA Style 50 Differentiates Itself from the Rest: Recruitment, Retention, & Promotion programs that work 3) The Challenges and Opportunities of the Changing Demographics: A CEO's perspective on what the Census numbers mean to corporate America. Registration fee for event: $100 per person. Cancellations and registration deadline is Friday, February 3, 2006
