  The Start! Charlotte Heart Walk brings more than 10,000 families, friends, and co-workers together each year. Those interested in participating in this 3-mile walk to support the fight against heart disease and stroke can walk as part of a company or organization team, or register and walk as individuals. Each person receives a sponsor envelope prior to the walk and is encouraged to raise funds for the American Heart Association by asking friends, colleagues and neighbors to sponsor them.
