You can improve the quality of your work environment, professional relationships, and create greater success if you know
* How to process your feelings without having to express them * The importance of emotions in good leadership and decision-making * The four most important primary emotions and the steps to move through them * How emotional intelligence sharpens your ability to think logically
In this interactive presentation, Joie Seldon shows you how to use your emotions to enhance client relationships, increase sales, and heighten your ability to operate at your best. Come to the March BACN meeting to learn
* How to manage difficult client relationships more effectively * Tools to work smoothly with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors * How to make prospects more comfortable during sales calls
