  On Sunday, August 7th, 2011, hundreds of event professionals throughout the southeast region are expected to meet at the Sheraton Gateway Atlanta Hotelfrom 11AM-7PM for a celebration of sharing event knowledge, resources and networking with each other as well as individuals who enjoy planning parties and events for friends and family. Attendees of It's My Party - Event Planning Expo Extravaganza will enjoy live entertainment for the whole family and have the opportunity to view live demonstrations such as simple cake decorating and floral arranging. Vendors will have yummy food and dessert samples on display that may be the perfect fit for your next event. The expo is open to the public and all ages are welcome.

Guests can participate in hands-on demonstrations and mini-seminars every 30 minutes happening randomly throughout the event. Early arrival is highly recommended as seats are limited and expected to fill up quickly. Purchase of tickets does not guarantee seating. Demonstrations and seminars will be available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets at the door will be $8 for children (ages 3-11) and $15 for adults. Cash only. Parking at the venue is $4.

Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunties are available. Exhibitor fees may vary depending upon: display area requested, size of space needed in addition to products or services being displayed and/or sold. Event is to be listed on a minimum of 50 local print and online publications. A limited number of specific-area, reserved vendor booths are available. *** The first 10 vendors to register by May 6th will have their company logo displayed on pre-event marketing materials and the event banners to be displayed at the venue. *** All exhibitors will be listed on the event pamphlet to be distributed to all attendees.
