TalkBLACK is an Atlanta based African-American discussion group. TalkBLACK meets 1st Saturday every month from 1pm - 3pm at various black-owned establishments around Atlanta (except holidays).
We discuss politics, finance, religion, community, relationships, pop culture, travel and anything relevant to the African-American community. Our meetings are FREE we only ask that attendees support the African-American-owned venue that hosts us by purchasing an item.
In addition to our meetings, we host a monthly social outing or civic activity in effort to socialize and get involved in the community.
At our June 2011 meeting we had a robust discussion about the BLACK MALE Experience. Mark your calendars for Part II: A Closer Look at The BLACK FEMALE Experience.
