  On Sunday, August 7th, 2011, hundreds of event professionals throughout the southeast region are expected to meet at the Sheraton Gateway Atlanta Hotel from 11AM-7PM for a celebration of sharing event knowledge, resources and networking with each other as well as individuals who enjoy planning parties and events for friends and family. Attendees of Its My Party - Event Planning Expo Extravaganza will enjoy live entertainment for the whole family and have the opportunity to view live demonstrations such as simple cake decorating and floral arranging. Exhibitors will have yummy food and dessert samples on display that may be the perfect fit for your next event. The expo is open to the public and all ages are welcome.

Guests can view demonstrations and participate in mini-seminars happening randomly throughout the event. Early arrival is highly recommended as seats are limited and expected to fill up quickly. Purchase of tickets does not guarantee seating. Demonstrations and seminars will be available on a first come, first served basis. Doors to the exhibit hall will open at 11AM. Live entertainment, seminars and demos will begin an noon. Tickets at the door will be $8 for children (ages 6-11) and $15 for adults. Discounts will not be honored at the door. Cash only. Parking at the venue is $4.
