It must be Summertime...because here comes the Annual Berkeley Firefighters' BBQ! A benefit for The Berkeley Firefighters' Random Acts Program, this much anticipated, annual all you can eat BBQ is lovingly staffed and prepared by Berkeley's own Firefighters, and they cook up some mighty fine fixin's!
Bring your friends, family, co-workers and clients and help the Berkeley Chamber support this great cause-by enjoying some of the best barbecue and company in town!
What is the Random Acts Program?
While Firefighters are out in the community, running calls or interacting, BFRA allows them the chance to address shortfalls they may observe, whatever they may be. Whether building wheelchair ramps, offering counseling to family after a loss, distributing meals during the holidays, BFRA harnesses our firefighters natural desire to help and provides an avenue to make it happen.
