The International Franchise Association (IFA) will host a one-day educational seminar for Minorities, Women and Veterans on “Franchising: How to Be in Business for Yourself, But Not By Yourself.” The September 8th program will be held from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Joe and Vi Jacobs Center. Individuals who want to learn more about franchising as a method of business ownership should attend. Individuals who currently have their own businesses will learn what steps they need to take to franchise their business as well. A registration fee of $25 (normally retails at $150) includes continental breakfast, lunch and seminar materials. Franchise concepts interested in expanding in San Diego will be in attendance.
