The opening of its 25th Anniversary Season, Foundation for Modern Music (FMM) launches Music that should be danced: World Edition at Miller Theater.
Featuring local dance and music groups such as Anjali Center for Performing Arts, Solero Flamenco, Exclamation Dance Company, Timo Lozano, the Avalon Ensemble, and others, this program is a reflection of the rich diversity our city is known for.
With performances to live and/or recorded music, Music that Should be Danced Salsa salutes the intimate relation that exists between music and dance.
This is a ticketed event for the covered seating area. Free tickets are available (4 per person over age 16 while they last) at the Miller Outdoor Theatre box office the day of the performance between the hours of 10:30am-1pm. If tickets remain at 1pm, the box office will re-open one hour before show time to distribute the remaining tickets. As always, open seating on the hill.
