Celebrate the harvest season with a participation-style cooking class in the Carriage House featuring Hot Pesto-Stuffed Mushrooms, Basil Olive Tapenade, Smoked Salmon and Pickled Ginger on Cucumber Slices, Tomato Bounty Salad, Chicken Breasts stuffed with Zucchini and Goat Cheese, Corn on the Cob, and Peach - Berry Cobbler. Wine will be served. Bring a few tomatoes from your garden if you have a surplus to share.
Lou Seibert Pappas, one of Gamble Garden's most popular instructors, is an accomplished cook, a world traveler, and the author of more than 50 cookbooks including Biscotti, Crepes, Coffeecakes, and Ice Creams & Sorbets. Lou grows many of her own fruits and vegetables in her own garden in Palo Alto.
