Info:
Do you have bios and blogs, proposals and grants you need to finishor even start?
Are you a frustrated artist or writer who never has time to write your essays, articles, or books?
Would you like a mentor to help you not only complete your writing projects but give them an extra spark of creativity?
Join us for the first annual writer's retreat at the Bedford Gallery (BG) in Walnut Creek on Friday, October 28, 2011. You'll receive expert help from Walnut Creek's veteran writer and writing coach Lynda McDaniel (www.afcbw.com) and her longtime colleague Virginia McCullough from Green Bay, Wisconsin (www.virginiamccullough.com ). Between them, they've published more than 1,250 magazine articles for major publications, 125 books, and countless marketing and promotional materials. (And they've helped hundreds of people write creatively and effectively and get published.)
They've designed this retreat to help you get to those writing projects you want to work onall those books, articles, blogs, grants, and marketing campaigns you need to finish-but that keep getting pushed to the bottom of your to-do lists by everyday demands.
Lynda and Virginia will share their expertise to kick-start your writing and add creative techniques that will help you get the results you want. You'll learn how to overcome any lingering fears or concerns about writing and take away valuable tips, tools, and tricks of the trade.
The retreat also includes private coaching sessions, professional handouts and e-books, door prizes, refreshments, and a roundtable discussion over a Dutch-treat box lunch (or bring your own).
Treat yourself to this retreat in a creative and supportive environment and finish those writing projects so you can start getting the results you need.
