Industry sectors will vary. WHAT TO EXPECT Meet in person with employer representative, recruiter or hiring manager. Career seekers will be provided with a couple of minutes of person to person time to meet with employers. HOW TO REGISTER & SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS Step 1: Pre-Register by creating a career seeker profile under POST RESUME tab. Employers will review electronic resumes on our job board and contact you directly to schedule interviews for the day of the career fair. Other employers schedule interviews the day of the career fair. Step 2: Attend the career fair and bring copies of your resume with you. Employers will request a paper copy of your resume.
