About the Presenters Margaret O'Hanlon launched re:Think Consulting to collaborate with clients on creative HR and organizational communication solutions to complex business problems. Previously, Margaret was a principal with Towers Perrin, where she specialized in change management and total rewards communications.
Brooke Green is a principal in the San Francisco office of Hay Group. She consults on the assessment, design and otimization of compensation programs. Her work covers all elements of compensation including base salaries, annual and long-term incentives, and sales force compensation programs. Prior to joining Hay Group, Brooke co-founded Presidio Pay Advisors, a boutique compensation consulting firm which served clients for eight years and as a consultant for WestWard Pay Strategies, where she specialized in evaluating and designing executive compensation and broad-based employee programs.
