Because of the frequent negotiations required as a national sales executive in the corporate world, Pat created a negotiating system that resulted in an 85% success rate. Her system works for the one-on-one job interview as well as for multi-million dollar deals.
Mayfield is the new Executive Director of the Golden Gate Business Association, the nation's first LGBT Chamber of Commerce. The GGBA, with membership throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, is in a growth mode with program expansions planned for the East, North, and South Bay areas. Prior to this role, Mayfield founded Pat Mayfield Consulting, LLC, a national-client based company, specializing in sales, negotiating, customer service, networking and business protocol. She holds three degrees and is the author of several self-published books and a contributing author to five business books. Mayfield has an extensive corporate background and is a former award-winning national sales executive.
Cost is $25 for Chamber members and $35 for prospective members if paid by Feb. 17. Additional $5 after Feb. 17 and at the door.
