The African Network Conference (TANCon 2012) will be held in San Jose, California, May 18-19 2012 and will feature speakers, panels and workshops showcasing leading African and US investment experts, entrepreneurs and policy makers. Workshops include
CREATING A BUSINESS PLAN THAT CAN ATTRACT FUNDING.
The objective of this workshop is to prepare entrepreneurs to face investors and launch their company. Before the Conference up to 8 ventures will be selected to do 3-minute pitches followed by feedback from a panel including:
* Ken Brown, Lionchase Venture Capital * Naeem Zafar, HAAS School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley * Tara Lynn-Gray, Yadari Enterprises * Michael Wray, Santa Clara University GSBI Program, will lead a group of mentors to help entrepreneurs prepare for the pitches
