Info:
GlobalBridgeHR is pleased to announce the first in our series of informative, interactive seminars to be held in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The theme for this first seminar is the risks presented by expatriate managers.
Firms that employ expatriate managers in their U.S. operations benefit greatly from the skills and experience they provide. Yet at the same time, there are a number of risks to the organization associated with expatriate managers, due to different culture and business practices and language barriers. This informative session will help you become aware of typical problem areas, as well as strategies for preventing and addressing them. You'll leave with a better understanding of what you need to be aware of and proactive measures you can take to protect your organization.
GlobalBridgeHR Senior Consultant Jim Colby will present this session. We will start with continental breakfast and networking at 8 am, and the seminar will be from 8:30 to 10:30 am.
