DCA will unveil opportunities provided for small businesses with their Opportunity Zone and State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Programs
Commissioner Mike Beatty and Assist. Commissioner Brian Williamson with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs will unveil opportunities provided for small businesses with their Opportunity Zone and State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Programs at this CQG luncheon. While the SSBCI Program is designed specifically for the lending institutions throughout the State of Georgia, it will also be very beneficial to real estate developers, economic development authorities, attorneys and CPA firms. SSBCI will provide access to credit for the small businesses they strive to attract to their commercial developments or assist in growth and sustainability of the small businesses they serve.
“This is a must-attend event for all lenders. The SSBCI through CDFIs and others is truly one stimulus program that the feds got right." - Chip Pearson, Former Chairman of the Senate Economic Development Committee
