An increase in demand for sales and lettings in Notting Hill has encouraged London Estate Agents Marsh & Parsons to double the size of its local branch and expand into new premises. The enlarged office will employ 25 sales and lettings staff under one roof and cater for all areas of Bayswater, as well as Notting Hill.

Marsh & Parsons Managing Director, Peter Rollings, said: "The property market in Notting Hill is starting to buzz again. Interest from our corporate clients has suddenly picked up and demand for lettings is immense with high-end lets improving rapidly. The sales side is busy too - buyers recognise the once in a lifetime opportunity they have to get value for money in one of London's most desirable areas.  Sales volumes have doubled since January. Notting Hill house prices have come off more than 13% since their peak in June 2008. With the average price of a property in the area standing at more than £740,000, that's a sizeable saving.
