This free two hour seminar is designed for singles and others who have a desire to learn how to manage their finances in this new economy.

Our instructor will help you find money in your cash flow and give you tools to manage it. You will receive resources to help increase your credit score, modify your mortgage and save for your future.

Our Presenter: Shannon Anderson

Mr. Anderson began his membership at St. James in 2005 and has served in leadership roles since 2006. He is currently a Minister in Training, a Certified Lay Speaker and a participant in the Leadership UMC Class of 2010-2011 sponsored by the North Georgia Conference Board of Laity. He now serves as an At-Large member of our Finance Ministry, a member of our Stewardship Ministry, a member of the Strategic Financial Planning Committee and as one of the facilitators for our “Stewardship 101” Capital Campaign initiative.

In 2009, he spearheaded our Stewardship Ministry’s Financial Empowerment Series featuring Clark Howard. He tours nationally as a speaker and financial educator to bankers, CPA’s and attorneys for their continuing education. Mr. Anderson is the premiere small business trainer for U.S. Small Business Administration Georgia District Office and an Atlanta SCORE counselor.

He is a native of California and has live Atlanta, Georgia for twelve years. His professional career is rooted in financial services as a previous Commercial Lender and Branch Manager with Citibank and Bank of America. He has owned his Management Consulting firm for the past ten years. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with BA in Communications and is currently exploring a Masters in Divinity. Mr. Anderson is a personal & business coach providing Spiritual Guidance and Private Financial Management.
