Org Synopsis	The ESL In-Home Program of Northern Nevada is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides ESL classes, GED prep, and Citizenship study at no cost to adults in poverty. We train volunteers from the community to teach using the Laubach Method to Reading, Writing, and Speaking English. All materials are provided for the tutor and student, and we try to eliminate any obstacles for the students by teaching them in their homes when necessary. The volunteer may chose to meet their student at a local library, or at one of our partnerships. Twice weekly sessions lasting one hour make this an easy and fulfilling volunteer opportunity. Please join us in giving our students the skills they need to be a successful and productive member of society thereby enriching our community.
