At present we currently are not hiring any new direct employees to our team.  

However, we have an ongoing need for individuals, businesses and organizations interested in earning additional income via our flexible "Independent" Affiliate Partner Revenue Sharing Programs by driving revenues and results as a contributing member of our extended team.

Please note that an Independent Affiliate Partner (IAP) could eventually and potentially become a direct employee with a compensation plan that includes direct pay (hourly or base salary) plus performance bonuses and/or commissions.

An employment offer could be extended by MPN based on the needs of the specific needs of company and/or the demonstrated success, commitment, efforts, performance, and results of the Independent Affiliate Partner.    However, even if MPN extends an offer, there are no requirements, expectations, or mandates that the Independent Affiliate Partner accept a direct employment offer.  One may prefer to continue as an Independent Affiliate Partner where there are no specific time, commitment, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, or other expectations or requirements.

Please note that any commissions or referral fees totaling $600 or more paid to an Independent Affiliate Partner in any given calendar year will be reported to the payee and IRS via a 1099-MISC in accordance with U.S. tax reporting regulations. 

Our Independent Affiliate Partner program includes three distinctive options designed to match our needs and requirements with your specific interests and preferences (i.e., actively engaged revenue sharing participant or passive referral fee participant), availability and desired earnings, and relevant and applicable skills and experiences.

Option 1: Referral Affiliate Partner (RAP) Program

Open to all interested individuals, organizations, businesses, agencies, and other entities.

Participants generally are not actively or directly engaged in closing revenue transactions. 

bullet

Primary role is to identify and refer prospective clients or advertisers to the MPN web portal (Advertising Solutions channel or Employer Solutions channel) to complete the purchase, or to the MPN office for assistance.

Participants will receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the net revenues for every unassisted online transaction, and hence each time one's name (or entity) is selected as the referral source for online purchases.  Participants will receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the "initial"  transaction only for assisted transactions.  Such transactions are those where your referrals give your name when contacting the MPN for assistance (via phone or e-mail), and hence the purchase is secured only with assistance from MPN, or MAAP or BDAP participants.

Targeting students and business persons with limited relevant experience.  Open to all other interested individuals, organizations, businesses, agencies, and other entities.

Participants expected to actively and directly engage in closing and securing revenue transactions.

Primary role is to identify, propose, and close smaller revenue transactions with entrepreneurs and small businesses, event planners, smaller employers, smaller non-profits, authors,  and related general advertisers, clients and partners.  Focus will be on MPN General Advertising (Non-Employer) offerings listed on our Advertising Solutions channel.

Participants will earn commissions up to 20% of net revenues on all transactions directly closed and collected by them on behalf of MPN.

Option 3: Business Development Affiliate Partner (BDAP) Program

Only open to experienced business professionals, consultants, and entrepreneurs with relevant and sufficient skills and experiences.

Primary role is to identify, propose, and close larger revenue potential transactions with larger employers,  corporations, and non-profits; government agencies (federal, state, local), advertising agencies, public relations firms, executive search firms, and related advertisers, clients and partners.

Participants will earn commissions up to 30% of net revenues on all transactions directly closed and collected by them on behalf of MPN.

This department is primarily responsible for developing and proposing value-added and results-oriented solutions which could encompass any of MPN's online, e-Communications or offline service offerings.  Members of this team work with clients, advertisers and partners to gain a better understanding of their target audience, objectives, target results, timelines and budgets.

CAREER SERVICES DEPARTMENT

This department is primarily responsible for working with diversity focused employer clients, advertisers and partners in understanding their target audience, objectives, target results, timelines and budgets in developing and proposing solutions which typically focus on MPN's Employer Specific Offerings (e.g., Job Ads, resume Browsing, Resume Generation, Recruitment, Branding Ads, Marketing Campaigns, Contingency Recruitment, Candidate Referrals, Supplier Diversity, Diversity/Career Event Planning & Coordination).

CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT

This department is primarily responsible for maintaining and augmenting all online content, resources and information, and disseminating all e-Communications  (e.g., e-Newsletters, e-Broadcasts, calendar pages, news, articles, student resources, diversity business network, career resources, diversity organization network, subscriber management ...). 

ENTREPRENEURIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

This department is primarily responsible for working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations in developing and implementing value-added solutions encompassing MPN entrepreneurial focused service offerings (e.g., Online and e-Communications Marketing Campaigns, Business Card and Profile Branding Ads, Offline Events & Initiatives, Business Plans, Marketing Plans, Supplier Diversity Initiatives, Technology Consulting).

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT

This department is primarily responsible for Web Maintenance and Augmentation of both the MPN Internet and Intranet, and developing, designing, testing and implementing value-added Web, Graphics, E-Commerce, Automation, and IT Tools, Features and Functionality.

MARKETING & PR DEPARTMENT

This department is primarily responsible for all MPN Marketing & Collateral, Public Relations, Product Management, Services & Solutions Offerings, Press Releases, Company Communications, and related Marketing and PR functions.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVES

This team is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances with professional organizations and groups, affiliate partners, web partners, recruiters and staffing agencies, and other prospective partners.
