On September 17, 2008, Washington Women’s Employment & Education (WWEE) will host its 2008 Benefit Breakfast to recognize and celebrate the success achieved by WWEE graduates. The event will be held at the Hotel Murano in Tacoma from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Breakfast guests will have the opportunity to hear WWEE graduate speakers share their personal stories of triumph over adversity. The breakfast is a fundraising event that supports WWEE’s successful self-sufficiency and housing programs. WWEE helps break the cycle of poverty so people can become self-supporting. A 5-week computer course and ongoing life skills training and career mentoring provide the tools for lasting change.
