The Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is excited to make a stop at Atlantic City’s renowned House of Blues® at Showboat Atlantic City on September 18th, 2008 at 7pm for a lavish reception and dinner featuring the talents of two seasoned chefs. Award-winning Celebrity Chef and entrepreneur Chris Scarduzio of newly-opened Table 31 Restaurant will join Host Chef Rob Schoell to share his deep appreciation for contemporary, relevant dishes that reflect his passion for modern, worldly style and execution.

The reception and dinner promise to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Showcasing the talents Chefs Scarduzio and Schoell, highlights of the evening will include:
